IMPORTANT INFORMATION

****Important information****
Per the Utah State Board of Education all volunteers have to watch a video about Code of Conduct https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSd8zEunUF8. After you are finished watching the video you will need to come to the office, fill out and sign an acknowledgement  form stating you have viewed the video. There is an updated volunteer form that needs to be filled out even if you have already filled one out this year. These forms need to be filled out each school year, if you were fingerprinted after 7/1/2015 your fingerprints are good for the remaining of the time your student(s) time in Jordan School District, unless otherwise notified.
 ALL FORMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN AND FILLED OUT IN THE OFFICE.

Carnival Moved Inside Tonight!

The carnival is here! It will be tonight from 4-7pm. Due to the wind, the carnival will be held inside the school. Purchase wristbands or tickets tonight.

REMINDER!

Just a friendly reminder from Foothills PTA!
The Fun Run is coming up this Monday, September 16th!  It will be held during school hours from 9:15 AM - 1:15 PM.  If you would like to come and watch your student(s) please see the email from their teacher(s) with specific time frames.  If you want to volunteer, you have to have your volunteer form filled out and background check processed.  We are asking that the student(s) wear the proper clothing and shoes on this day.

We would also recommend that each student
bring a water bottle on Monday.  PTA will have water stations at each area.

TO PARTICIPATE ON THE ROCK WALL, A PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER.  PTA WILL HAVE ONE AVAILABLE AT THE ROCK WALL.

Foothills PTA is so excited for our PTA fundraiser in one week! We will have our Fun Run Monday, Sept. 16th during school, and then our Fall Carnival that evening from 4:00-7:00 PM! For the Fun Run, each student will participate for 20 minutes during the day. If you choose to donate, please go to your child's teacher's Success Fund, which has been sent via email, or you can use PTA's Square or Paypal accounts. (See links below.) Cash and check donations are also welcome for the Fun Run. Please make checks out to Foothills PTA. If you have not yet purchased your Carnival wristbands, you can also do this via the PTA Square account.
