HEY MUSTANGS!  It is time for our annual Foothills PTA FUNDRAISER!  Our fundraiser this year will start with tracks A/D and run from September 5th – September 12th.  If you are on A or D tracks, please look for a flier coming home with your student on Tuesday, September 5th.  We are asking for any donation, 100% of which will go directly to help our kids at Foothills Elementary!  Our goal as a school is to raise $15,000!  If we reach that goal, WE WILL BE ABLE TO TAPE PRINCIPAL WILSON TO THE WALL!!  J

Turn your $6 PTA membership in the envelope to the office or pay online here on our blog! Time is running out to order your School Spirit Wear! The deadline for ALL orders is Friday, September 8th. This will be the only order that we will do for the whole year. So don't miss out on your chance to get a new shirt or hoodie. Spirit Day is every Friday. Please get your orders turned into the office by the end on the school day on September 8th.



VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for hearing and vision screenings starting in a few weeks! Please take note of the following dates and check your calendars. Just a reminder!  

The PTA is gathering emergency comfort kits for each classroom.  These kits are in place just in case of emergency situations.  Parents, please send a gallon size ziploc bag with your child that includes the following:  A water or juice, snacks (such as granola bar, fruit snack, or crackers - ALL SNACKS MUST BE NUT FREE..PLEASE READ LABELS) a note and/or picture of your family along with a travel size game.  We are asking parents to please send individual kits for your child no later than September 1st.  Thank you for your help!  

If you would like to donate extra kits to the school for the families that are unable to provide one for their child, we would greatly appreciate your generosity.  Those extra kits may be dropped off at the office.
